1000 video chariots, 6000 boxes; Why did BJP start a mega campaign to reach 1 crore people even before the elections?

As the dates of Lok Sabha elections are coming closer, preparations for election victory have intensified by all the political parties.

In this connection, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Center has started a mega campaign to seek suggestions from about one crore people across the country for the election manifesto.

Party President JP Nadda launched this nationwide campaign of the party on Monday and flagged off 25 video chariots with the slogan ‘Developed India-Modi’s Guarantee’.

Under this mega-campaign that will last for a fortnight, BJP will run a total of 1000 video chariots in a total of 4000 assembly constituencies across the country. Apart from this, suggestion boxes will also be kept at about 6000 places across the country, so that people can put their suggestions in it.

Party workers and leaders will also run door-to-door campaigns during this period. Party General Secretaries Sunil Bansal, Tarun Chugh and Joint General Secretary (Organization) Shiv Prakash discussed the success of this mega-campaign in a workshop on Monday with 82 party leaders from different states.

This campaign will end on March 15. Its aim is to seek suggestions from one crore people for the manifesto (sankalp patra) of BJP.

Launching the campaign during an event organized at the BJP headquarters, Nadda said, “Through video vans in different Lok Sabha constituencies of the country, we will communicate with different sections of the society at about 250 places and we will also take their suggestions into our efforts.” Will be included in the manifesto.” He said that along with this, a special ‘missed call’ number will be issued by the party and through this also suggestions will be invited from the people.

The video van has been named ‘Developed India-Modi’s Guarantee’ chariot. In this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of making India a developed country has been underlined.

Nadda said, “These video vans will go across the country and more than one crore suggestion letters will reach us by March 15 and by including them, our resolution letter will be formed, which will take a giant leap for development in 2024.” ”

He said that the work of seeking suggestions for the resolution letter will be completed by March 15. The BJP President said that the work of preparing the party’s manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections is in progress.

He released a phone number and appealed to the people to give a missed call on it and give their suggestions for the party manifesto.

He said that people can also give their suggestions on Namo App. He said all public inputs will contribute to the ‘resolution paper’, which will shape the party’s vision for the developed nation.

Nadda said that the aspirations of a developed India, self-reliant India and world-friendly India, which seemed unimaginable in 2014, are now becoming a reality under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He said that India is ready to take important steps towards ‘Developed India’ during Amrit Kaal.

The BJP has expressed confidence of retaining power under the leadership of Modi for the third consecutive time and has set a target of winning 370 seats in the 543-member Lok Sabha.
