He said, ‘In 2014, only 5 cities in India had metro, today 23 cities have metro. Today the world’s second largest metro network is in India and it is expanding every day. In 2014, less than 100 gram panchayats had broadband connectivity.

Today, more than 2 lakh panchayats have broadband connectivity. The work that used to take years earlier is now being done in months.’ The Prime Minister said that in the last 10 years, one university has been built every week in India. Two new colleges have been built every day. A new ITI has been established every day. The number of medical colleges has also almost doubled in 10 years. Till now the world has seen the power of Indian designers, now the world will see the magic of Design in India.
