Bagdogra. 6 devotees returning from Devghar after offering water to Lord Shiva died in a road accident. A car hit the devotees walking on foot. The accident took place in Bagdogra, West Bengal. On Monday, the occupants of the car were going towards Sikkim after offering water to Lord Shiva from Babadham. The kanwariyas were going from the Jangli Baba temple located in Bagdogra Reserve Forest. All of them were residents of Danaganj area of Phansidewa. According to eyewitnesses, the car coming from Babadham went out of control and overturned, trampling 6 people. The car was shattered into pieces. All the people in the vehicle were injured, who were taken out with great difficulty and sent to the hospital.
