Now such a case has come to light in Odisha, where a son ruined the relationship and allegedly beat his own mother badly by tying her to a pillar.
It is reported that the police has also become active in the matter and a case has been registered.
The incident took place in Keunjhar district of Odisha. According to India Today report, a woman was tied to a pole and beaten by her son for plucking cauliflower from the field.
It is reported that a 70-year-old woman had plucked cauliflower from her younger son’s field and eaten it.
After this a dispute arose and there was a heated argument between the two. After an argument, the son tied the woman to a pillar and beat her badly.
During this time, the villagers who came to intervene also had to face the anger of the woman’s son. According to the report, the youth was also threatening the villagers.
However, villagers informed the police that the woman was later rescued and sent to Vasudevpur Community Health Center for treatment.
Police have also started action. On the basis of the complaint lodged by the woman, a case has been registered against her son under relevant sections.
