8 people washed away in floods in Bihar – NNSP

New Delhi. The monsoon season in the country is now on the verge of ending. However, flood devastation continues in Bihar and UP. 10 lakh population in 16 districts of Bihar is affected by floods. On September 30, 8 people were washed away in different districts. A woman died of a heart attack. Bihar Water Resources Minister Vijay Chaudhary said that rain in Nepal has broken the record of 56 years. The neighboring country has released 6 lakh 50 thousand cusecs of water. Due to this, so much water has come in Kosi in Bihar after 56 years. In the last 24 hours, more than 7 dams have broken in different districts.
