Making fun of Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar may prove costly for Trinamool Congress MP Kalyan Banerjee.
A lawyer has filed a complaint against the TMC MP at Defense Colony Police Station in Delhi.
On Tuesday, he had mimicked Dhankhar during a protest in the Parliament complex in the presence of several opposition MPs, including Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

Dhankhar said that today we got a chance to see the lowest level. He asked Congress MP Chidambaram present in the House that why does a senior member of Parliament videograph another member? Let me tell you that I have suffered a lot.
Describing such incidents as a serious issue, the Chairman further said that your (Congress) party had posted a video on Instagram, which was later removed.
