Salt water from the sea entered the nuclear plant
Not only this, the strong waves of tsunami also entered the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. Due to salty sea water entering the nuclear plant, the reactors started melting and explosions started.

A large amount of radioactive elements leaked from the plant causing nuclear radiation. Japanese officials were able to control it to some extent after hard work, which took a lot of time.

After this, Japan closed all its nuclear power plants for 3 years. This natural disaster shocked the world.

Questions began to arise especially regarding the safety of nuclear plants. In view of this, many steps were taken for security.
