All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has asked Muslim youth to be cautious of the activities of the Centre.
He said that there is a need to keep the mosques occupied.
Addressing a public meeting in Bhavani Nagar, Hyderabad, Owaisi said, ‘Youth, keep the mosques populated. We lost our mosque and you see what is being done there. Young people, doesn’t it pain your hearts to see this? The place where we offered Namaz for 500 years is not in our hands today.
Asaduddin Owaisi said, ‘Young people, don’t you see that there are 3-4 more such mosques, among them the Golden Mosque of Delhi.’
He said that the forces want to remove history from your heart. After years of hard work, we have achieved a position of our own today.
You have to pay attention to this and maintain your strength. Owaisi said, ‘Youth, keep the mosques populated.
Lest it happen that mosques are taken away from us. I hope that today’s youth will definitely think about how to save their family, neighborhood and family. Remember that unity is strength and unity is a blessing.
Amit Malviya said- Didn’t you remember the mosques then?
BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya has launched a scathing attack on Asaduddin Owaisi regarding this statement.
He said that the Hyderabad MPs are doing what they are best at – giving a communal color to the sanctification of the Ram Temple.
Owaisi has posted the video clip of his speech on social networking site X. Responding to this, Malviya wrote, ‘In 2020, 2 mosques in Hyderabad (Masjid-e-Mohammadi and Masjid-e-Hashmi) were demolished to build the Secretariat.
Owaisi is a member of Lok Sabha from this city and he did not say anything on this. After all, did you not remember the mosques then?
