Sources said there will be a 60-day drive, for which 35 trains will operate to Ayodhya. BJP workers will provide them material support. Sources said the travel expenses would be borne by the individuals.
During the rallies in the recently concluded assembly elections, Home Minister Amit Shah and other leaders had promised to ensure that people get the darshan of Ram Lala.
Rejecting the opposition’s allegations that the BJP is politicizing the religious function, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi said, “Where is the politics? The Trust (Ayodhya Ram Mandir Trust) has sent invitations to prominent leaders of all political parties. It is not our fault. Ram temple is being built during the tenure of BJP, it is not our fault.”
