Just imagine that you are looking for the seat allotted to you inside the flight and you come to know that the seat cushion of your chair has been uprooted and in such a situation, there is only an iron plate to sit on.
You might be wondering how this could be possible in a flight, but don’t be surprised, this has actually happened. On January 10, a passenger on an Indigo Airlines flight faced a similar situation.
Obviously this angered the passenger and he took a picture of it and shared it on social media. It was also told that the flight was already delayed by one and a half hours and now arrangements were being made to get seats.
Airlines reacted
Indigo administration also came into action on this post shared on X. In response to the post, he expressed regret for this and asked for the PNR number of the passenger, so that the problem could be looked into.
Within no time this news spread like wildfire on social media. There were many funny comments on this post on X.
Many users wrote that the airline will now charge extra for this seat. Some people quipped that this is not a gimmick to make more money.
Another user wrote, BYOS (buy your own seat) in Aerobridge is a new innovation.
