Iran on Tuesday launched missile attacks on the bases of terrorist group Jaish al-Adl inside Pakistan.
Iran has taken this action in Balochistan, Pakistan, a day after air strikes on Iraq and Syria.
After this attack, Iran has claimed that many terrorists were killed in it. At the same time, Pakistan says that children have died.
Iran’s state media reported that missiles and drones were used for the attack. According to the agency, two locations of Sunni terrorist group Jaish al-Adl have been targeted.
Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry said that two innocent children were killed, while three girls were injured in the illegal air strike carried out by Iran.
In response to the incident, the Pakistani ministry summoned Tehran’s chief diplomat to Islamabad and expressed strong condemnation for the unprovoked violation of its airspace.
Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement, “This violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty is completely unacceptable and can have serious consequences. “It is even more worrying that such attacks have taken place despite the existence of multiple channels of communication between Pakistan and Iran.”
According to the news agency, the terrorist group has previously attacked Iranian security forces in the border area with Pakistan.
Iranian state media said terrorist targets were destroyed by attacking them with missiles and drones. Jaish al-Adl is a Sunni terrorist group which mainly carries out its activities from Pakistan.
Iran’s claim of attack on terrorist targets in Pakistan has come at a time when Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdullahian and Pakistan’s acting Prime Minister Anwar Kakar have met on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos.
