Aastha special trains will run from every state for Ayodhya, know how the booking and route will be done…

Many celebrities from the country and the world are going to attend the consecration ceremony of Ramlala to be held in Ayodhya.

Now Indian Railways can soon give a big gift to the general public of India who is waiting to visit Ayodhya.

It is reported that the government is preparing to run about 200 special ‘Aastha Special’ trains. However, nothing has been said officially regarding this.

These trains can be run from every state of the country. India Today report quoted sources as saying that there will be some operational stoppages. It is being said that these trains will connect Ayodhya Dham with many small and big stations of the country. In December last year itself, the name of Ayodhya Junction railway station was changed to Ayodhya Dham Junction.

How will the booking be done?
According to the report, booking of these trains can be done only through IRCTC i.e. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation.

Apart from this, reservation, superfast charges, catering charges, service charges and goods and services tax or GST applicable during booking will also be applicable. There are possibilities of starting these trains after the Ram Mandir ceremony.

These could be the routes
According to the report, routes for these trains have been decided from every state including Delhi, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh.

The special thing is that 5 routes have also been prepared from the North-Eastern states.

Delhi: New Delhi-Ayodhya-New Delhi, Anand Vihar-Ayodhya-Anand Vihar, Nizamuddin-Ayodhya-Nizamuddin, Old Delhi Railway Station-Ayodhya-Old Delhi Railway Station.

Madhya Pradesh: Indore-Ayodhya-Indore, Bina-Ayodhya-Bina, Bhopal-Ayodhya-Bhopal, Jabalpur-Ayodhya-Jabalpur.

Gujarat: Udhna-Ayodhya-Udhna, Vapi-Ayodhya-Vapi, Vadodara-Ayodhya-Vadodara, Valsad-Ayodhya-Valsad.

Jammu and Kashmir: Jammu-Ayodhya-Jammu, Katra-Ayodhya-Katra

Tamil Nadu: Chennai-Ayodhya-Chennai, Coimbatore-Ayodhya-Coimbatore, Madurai-Ayodhya-Madurai, Salem-Ayodhya-Salem.

Telangana: Secunderabad-Ayodhya-Secunderabad, Kazipet-Ayodhya-Kazipet

Helicopter service will start from six districts for Ayodhya Dham
The Uttar Pradesh government will allow Ram devotees and tourists to visit Ayodhya Dham by helicopter. The government is going to provide helicopter service from six districts of the state.

Principal Secretary (Tourism) Mukesh Meshram told PTI that the helicopter service will be started from Lucknow later this month.

He said that the government has selected the service provider operator for the helicopter service starting from six districts of the state.

A statement issued by the Tourism Department said that Ram devotees and tourists will get helicopter service from Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Mathura and Agra.

In the coming time, this facility will soon be started in other districts of the state also.
