Chief Executive Officer of CREDA, Mr. Rajesh Singh Rana has implemented a very effective system for monitoring all the schemes run by CREDA and quick redressal of complaints received from consumers.

Under this, to ensure the continuous and smooth operation of all the plants, detailed guidelines have been issued by preparing a team of officers of the operation and maintenance branch of CREDA and assigning them the responsibility.

A separate quality cell has been formed to monitor the quality of the plants established and under construction by CREDA.

Also, at the head office level, instructions have been issued for registering and redressing complaints related to consumers and non-functioning plants through electronic gazette, web portal, toll free number.

Under this, after obtaining the telephone numbers of the beneficiaries, institutions, teachers, sarpanch and secretaries etc. available near all the plants established, its database will be prepared and that database will be maintained in such a way that at least 4-5 beneficiaries from different districts or places Join the list of every 100 entered, so that a random and random list is obtained.

Every field officer has also been instructed through meetings to ensure quality. Geotagged photographs are also obtained from the field by CREDA for real time progress.

For proper operation and maintenance, CREDA has implemented cluster system of technicians.

The Operation-Maintenance Cell will also provide training to the members of the Quality Control Cell, field officers and technical staff during their inspection.
