1 lakh years old footprints found, scientists told – how did humans look…

Traces one lakh years old have been found in Morocco. Scientists claim that these marks are of human feet. Scientists from Morocco, France, Germany and Spain have published a research in which it has been claimed that even one lakh year old footprints are safe.

These footprints can reveal many secrets regarding human evolution. According to Aljazeera’s report, footprints were found on a rock in an area near the sea in northern Morocco. It seems that these marks belong to a group of five humans.

According to research published in the Nature Science Journal, the origin of the human race can be traced from these footprints.

However, erosion in coastal areas is a big challenge for scientists. Many human tracks have disappeared into the sea. These footprints were found during research on stones on the sea shore in Morocco. When these marks were observed carefully, it was found that their sizes were different.

Archaeologist Moncef Sedrati told Al Jazeera, at first we did not believe that these could be human footprints.

But when the second and third marks were made, we started believing. Later it was found out that this sand is 1 lakh years old. About 85 human footprints were found from here. It seems that a group of humans were heading towards water.

Earlier, footprints were also found in North America. Thumb and fingerprints show that even then there were humans just like us. The different sizes show that men, women and children were also included in it.

Till now even scientists have not known what humans used to do here. However, it has been estimated that they might have been going to the sea to find their food. It is also possible that they may have come to this area for a visit or may have arrived suddenly.

Sedrati’s team discovered in the study that these footprints tell their own story. How old they are was ascertained from the minerals and carbon deposited around them.

Sedrati said that it was possible that at that time the ice age was ending and there might have been a change in humans too. Studies show that the ice age was over at that time. However, it is yet to be ascertained what the climate and weather was actually like at that time.

Let us tell you that the footprints found in 1995 in the Western Cape province of South Africa are said to be the oldest. Their age is approximately 1 lakh 17 thousand years.

Their length is 8.7 inches. From this it was found out that its shape was like a slipper. At that time the height of women was about 122 centimeters.
