Giving priority to women empowerment, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started many schemes for the empowerment of women self-help groups.
The objective of these schemes is to make women financially independent and self-reliant. Senior Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal said this on Sunday in the Shakti Vandan Abhiyan program under women self-help group empowerment.
In the program organized in Virbhadra Nagar under the chief hospitality of Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal, he said that the government is running many programs for the empowerment of women.

These schemes have had a positive impact on the lives of women. Women are now becoming financially independent and self-reliant.
He said that it is necessary to spread awareness among women about the schemes being run for them and to encourage women to take advantage of these schemes, for which such events are being organized.

Minister Aggarwal distributed checks to the beneficiaries of various schemes on this occasion. In the program, stalls were set up by the concerned departments to provide information about various schemes.
