A youth from Hyderabad has died in the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.
Officials gave information in the case on Wednesday that a 30-year-old youth was allegedly fraudulently recruited into the Russian Army by an agent in the name of job.
He died fighting in the ongoing war in Ukraine. The boy’s family lives in Hyderabad. He left behind two innocent children and his wife alone.
Apart from this young man, recently information had also come to light that seven boys from Hoshiarpur, Punjab are trapped in the war in Ukraine on behalf of Russia. He had released a video and requested for help.
According to the information, the youth who died in the Russia-Ukraine war has been identified as Mohammad Asfan. This 30-year-old youth hails from Hyderabad who went to Russia in search of a job, but the agent fraudulently recruited him as an assistant in the Russian army.
His family had approached AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi for help in bringing him back from Russia.
However, when AIMIM contacted the Indian Embassy in Moscow, officials confirmed that Asfan had died.
The agent extorted money and got him recruited in the Russian army.
Information has emerged that Asfan, along with many others, were allegedly misled by fraudulent agents.
He came to Russia for a menial job but was recruited into the Russian Army and sent to Ukraine to fight as a frontline worker.
It is noteworthy that Afsan’s death comes a few weeks after the death of a 23-year-old Indian youth from Gujarat in Russia.
He was also forcibly recruited to fight for the Russian army during the ongoing war with Ukraine. The Surat man had applied for a job in Russia through an online advertisement and traveled to Moscow from Chennai. But due to the influence of fake agents, he was recruited as an assistant in the Russian Army.
