Administration’s bulldozer runs on illegal occupation by Ayaz Khan, accused in Sadhram Yadav murder case

Ayaz Khan had set up shop after illegal construction, Deputy Chief Minister had given instructions for strict action in Sadhram Yadav murder case.

Following Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai’s promise of providing fear-free governance and the policy of zero tolerance towards crime, strict action is being taken against people engaged in criminal activities and criminals engaged in illegal activities in the state.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma had given instructions to the administration to take strict action in the case of the murder of shepherd Sadhram Yadav on the intervening night of January 20 in Lalpur, adjacent to Kawardha city.

The administration arrested five accused the very next day after receiving the instructions. The administration today razed to the ground the illegal occupation of Sadhram’s murder accused Ayaz Khan in Ward 18 in Kawardha.

Ayaz Khan had opened a flour mill shop by making illegal construction in his house. The administration team reached here today and the illegal encroachment was razed to the ground.

It is noteworthy that in this case Yadav was brutally murdered by slitting his throat. Following the instructions of the Deputy Chief Minister, five accused were arrested within 24 hours.

As soon as the matter came to his notice, Deputy Chief Minister Sharma had given instructions that strict action should be taken against the accused. The action should be strict in such a way that a strong message is sent to anti-social elements.

It is noteworthy that in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma had given instructions to the Home Department officials for strict monitoring to keep the law and order situation better. Clear instructions were given regarding zero tolerance towards crime.

Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, in the meeting of the Home Department, had asked the police to work with transparency to provide justice to the people. Besides, instructions were also given to crack down on the criminals. In this connection, strict action has been taken in the Kawardha case.
