New Delhi . The US has refused to grant visa to Arun Yogiraj, the famous sculptor who made the idol of Ram Lalla for the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The US has not given any concrete reason for this. Yogiraj was to go to the US to attend the 12th World Kannada Conference. This conference was to be held at the Richmond Convention Center in Virginia from 30 August to 1 September.
Arun Yogiraj’s family has expressed disappointment over the visa not being granted. Family sources say that Arun’s wife Vijeta has already been to America and in such a situation, the denial of visa to Arun is quite unexpected. Sculptor Arun had also completed all the preparations for America. Arun Yogiraj also confirmed that America has denied him the visa. He said that I do not know the reason, but we had submitted all the visa related documents.
