There has been chaos in neighboring country Bangladesh for the past several weeks, but on Monday the situation went out of control.
Sheikh Hasina’s government of 15 years collapsed and she resigned and fled. She has currently taken refuge in India and there is talk that she is preparing to go to Britain.
At present, the whole of Bangladesh is in the hands of miscreants. Somewhere the mayor’s house is being burnt and somewhere people have destroyed the PM’s residence.
Rioters are wreaking havoc on Sheikh Hasina’s supporters all over Bangladesh. Minority Hindus are also being targeted at many places.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh’s Hindu cricketer Liton Das is trending on Instagram. So far, more than 31 thousand posts have been made in his name.
It is being claimed that Liton Das’s house has been burnt down by the miscreants. Apart from this, many members of the family have been beaten badly.
A large number of Hindus are also being attacked in Bangladesh. In such a situation, people are considering the claim of burning down Liton Das’s house to be true, but this is not true.
Upon investigation, it was found that the miscreants had burnt the house of Mashrafe Murtaza, the former captain of the cricket team, and not Liton Das.
Actually Mashrafe Murtaza is an MP and he is associated with the same Awami League, which is headed by Sheikh Hasina. The protesting youth were angry about why Murtaza was not supporting them.
Now that the PM has fled the country, the rioters have targeted her house and set it on fire. Tamjidul Haque, associated with Bangladesh’s newspaper ‘The Daily Star’, has posted on X and declared the news related to Liton Das as fake.
Bangladeshi journalist told the truth of the claim on Liton Das
Sharing a post claiming to have burnt down Liton Das’ house, he wrote, ‘A lie has received 6 thousand likes within a few minutes.
We have to go a long way because people will create fear from local to international level. Efforts will be made to divide people on this basis.
