New Delhi. The era of violence has started once again in Manipur. The situation seems to be going out of control in the state. In view of this, on Sunday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah canceled all the election rallies in Vidarbha, Maharashtra and returned to Delhi. Union Home Minister Shah is here from Nagpur. While reaching Delhi, CRPF Director General Anish Dayal was sent to Manipur.
Let us tell you here that the situation in Manipur started worsening from Saturday evening, when the mob surrounded the CM residence and tried to enter inside. In fact, the bodies of two women and a child missing since Monday were found in the Barak river of Jiribam on Saturday. Earlier, three other bodies, including that of a woman and two children, were recovered on Friday night. After this, violence started breaking out once again in Manipur. It was told that three ministers and 6 MLAs were involved in rioting at many places. The conflict in the state intensified after the news of the attack by militants on the CRPF camp spread. There has also been evidence of ethnic tension in the areas of Meitei and Kuki groups. With the Central Government continuously keeping an eye on maintaining law and order in Manipur, now CRPF Director General Anish Dayal has been sent to Manipur. If sources are to be believed, this step has been taken after an ultimatum related to the security of the state and increasing violence in the area. Earlier, Union Home Minister Amit Shah canceled the election meetings of Vidarbha on Sunday morning and reached Delhi from Nagpur. His decision to cancel his tour is also being linked to the Manipur violence.
