The petition accused the governments of Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh of using ‘aggressive and violent measures’ such as using tear gas, rubber bullets and pellets against farmers. Also said that due to this a large number of farmers have suffered serious injuries. The petition claims that due to lack of medical aid, injuries increased and deaths also occurred.
The petition claimed that fortifications on the borders of Delhi have led to a hostile and violent situation. The petition has demanded an order to the Central Government and the concerned states to ensure free movement of public and transport vehicles on the Delhi border.
The petition has alleged that the police force has carried out barbaric and brutal attacks on the farmers who were protesting peacefully for their demands and a large number of farmers and their families have suffered injuries, and one farmer has even died. Has been.
In the petition, a demand has been made to order the National Human Rights Commission to investigate the attack on farmers and their families and submit a report.
