Home Minister Vijay Sharma suddenly reached Silger, the den of Naxalites, this morning where he talked to the soldiers, school children and villagers of the camp.
Home Minister Sharma, during his one-day visit to Bastar, reached Silger Camp in Sukma district of South Bastar today and met the soldiers.
Home Minister Sharma came face to face with the soldiers and was elated after seeing their enthusiasm. Home Minister Sharma encouraged all the soldiers involved in the encounter and those engaged in building the new camp.
Home Minister Vijay Sharma said that the soldiers of our security forces are determined to liberate the people of the area from the Naxal problem and for peace, security and development in the area.
Even after the incident, the morale of our soldiers has not broken. They are engaged in establishing security and peace with double enthusiasm. Principal Secretary Home Manoj Pingua and Principal Secretary Panchayat Smt. Niharika Barik were present during their stay in Bastar.
Home Minister Sharma said that the morale of the security forces is high. We are going to set up development camps in this area with a new scheme. Through this camp, we will provide the benefits of government schemes to all the villagers of the area.
All of us will be given Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Ayushman Card, permanent pump connections in fields, Anganwadi, schools and health centers, drinking water, roads, infrastructure, mobile towers, TV sets and DTH in every habitation.
The camp to be established here will prove to be a development camp, through this camp the people of the area will definitely get the benefits of all the government schemes.
Home Minister Sharma said that our government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, wants the development of all areas, along with cities and rural areas, it also wants the development of Naxalism affected areas. He said that the development camps of Bastar will not be stopped by anyone.

Home Minister Vijay Sharma, who reached Silger, the den of Naxalites on his stay in Bastar, was welcomed by the villagers and children of Silger. Children also sang beautiful welcome songs for Sharma. Home Minister Sharma introduced himself to the school children one by one and while talking to the children, he said that you all are the future of our country and Bastar.
All of you reached high positions after studying.
Home Minister Sharma said that the children of Bastar also want to become doctors and collectors. We want that children should reach higher positions after getting education so that Naxalism will end in Bastar.
