After Iran attacking Israel with 200 missiles, there is not only huge tension in West Asia but also the fear of a large-scale war is looming.
Meanwhile, Iran’s Ambassador to India Iraj Elahi has sought India’s intervention in restoring stability and peace in the region.
“India should take advantage of this opportunity to persuade Israel to stop its aggression and maintain peace and stability in the region,” the Iranian ambassador said.
The Iranian ambassador said that only India can reduce the tension between his country and Israel.

The Iranian ambassador said that the ballistic missile attacks on Israel on Tuesday (October 01) were a strategic part of the retaliation action.
“This was a retaliatory strike in response to the assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh on Iranian soil,” he said. He was our state guest and he was assassinated by Israel in our country. “This is a national security issue and as per our Constitution, we have to deal with such an issue with a befitting response.”

Our retaliation against Israel was only for the killing of Ismail Haniyeh, not Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.
