BJP is going to declare 100 candidates in these states including Uttar Pradesh, list is ready; Awaiting Approval…

The churning has intensified in BJP for candidates for Lok Sabha elections 2024.

Party sources say that 100 candidates can be announced by the end of this month. These candidates will be declared on those seats which the party is considering as difficult for itself.

Sources having knowledge of the entire matter say that the candidates for the 100 seats will be announced. They include states like UP, Bengal, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.

BJP had to face defeat on these seats in the 2019 general elections. In such a situation, the party wants that preparations should be made here in advance.

Candidates should be declared in time so that they can start campaigning in the area. Let us tell you that PM Narendra Modi himself has visited the states of South India including Tamil Nadu, Lakshadweep, Kerala, Telangana.

The strategy behind this was to strengthen its hold where the party is weak.

The party has chosen a total of 160 seats on which it considers itself weak. Public relations campaign has been going on on these seats for the last two years. Union ministers or big leaders have been made in-charge here and they are touring.

BJP election committee meeting will be held on 29th February

Some Union ministers may also be included in the first list that BJP is going to release. Party sources even say that the list has been prepared, but it will be announced only after approval from the central leadership.

That is why a meeting of the Central Election Committee has been called on 29th February. Earlier this meeting was to be held on February 22, but due to the busyness of the leaders, it was postponed.

The meeting of BJP’s Scheduled Caste Front was also earlier held on February 29, in which National President JP Nadda was to be present. Now this event has been postponed because Nadda will also be in the Central Election Committee meeting.

Union ministers who were members of Rajya Sabha till now will also step down

Let us tell you that in the recently held assembly elections of 5 states, BJP had already decided candidates for the weak seats.

Apart from this, he had also made senior leaders contest legislative elections in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Now the same strategy will be followed in the Lok Sabha also and many such Union ministers can also be seen in the electoral battle, who till now have been members of the Rajya Sabha.

Brainstorming on alliance is also going on in Punjab and Andhra Pradesh and only after that the seats in these states will be announced. There is also a discussion going on in the party regarding Bihar because there are many partners here and everyone’s claims have to be dealt with in seat sharing.
