Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has expressed deep grief over the death of 11 people and injuries to a large number of people in a massive explosion in a firecracker factory in Harda, Madhya Pradesh today.
Chief Minister Sai expressed his condolences to the families of those who died in this accident and wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
