The qualities of Hindi establish it as a culture above the status of a language.
He has said that Hindi Day reminds us that through language we can preserve our identity and culture. We should encourage Hindi and use it as much as possible.
Without the development of mother tongue, the progress of any society is not possible. Everyone should work with determination to take the pride and importance of the official language further.
