Rail flyover work completed between Uslapur-Bilaspur
With the opening of Bilaspur Railway Flyover, trains running towards Katni will be able to run uninterrupted on the Mumbai-Howrah route.
On the completion of this flyover, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav.
The work of rail flyover between Uslapur-Bilaspur has been completed and has been started. The operation of trains on this track will be started soon.
Regarding this, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has shared a video on her X handle. Through this he has written that this will add important capacity to the railway network in Chhattisgarh.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has thanked the Railway Minister for this achievement.
With the commencement of this flyover, the problem of crossing of trains in Bilaspur yard will be completely eliminated.
The biggest achievement will be the operating conditions of trains, which will improve. At present trains going towards Katni direction have to cross Bilaspur yard.
It takes a lot of time. Along with this, till this time the trains going from Raipur to Bilaspur and from Bilaspur to Raipur direction also have to be controlled. Due to this, trains have been getting late.
After the movement of trains starts from this flyover, all the trains going from Bilaspur towards Katni will immediately start going towards Katni direction via Uslapur via this route.
Besides, trains in Bilaspur-Raipur direction will not have to be controlled, along with development of passenger amenities at Uslapur station, it will help in better conduct of business activities.
