Now the college will also be run in the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram premises operated in the Abujhmadia dominated Narayanpur district headquarters, a special backward tribe.
Announcing this in the Kisan Fair organized today at Kumharpara Ramakrishna Mission Ashram complex in Narayanpur district, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai said that due to this, the Abujhmadia youth studying here will not have to go out for higher education.
During this, Chief Minister Sai met the youth taking archery training and also enjoyed the performance of Malkhamb. On the request of the trainees, he took a bow and arrow and aimed directly at the target.

Along with this, Chief Minister Sai also inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of various development works costing more than Rs 108 crore in Narayanpur district.
While addressing the conference, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that a very beautiful initiative has been taken by Ramakrishna Mission Ashram for the welfare of the farmers of Narayanpur district through the Kisan Fair.
Farmers will benefit greatly from this fair. He said that Ramakrishna Mission has done amazing work in various fields including education, health and agriculture by going from village to village despite various challenges in such a difficult area.

The Chief Minister said that due to the efforts of the administration and Ramakrishna Mission, this region is now becoming famous in the entire country and the world. The youth of the area are making name for themselves in various sports including Malkhamb, archery and football.
Chief Minister Sai said that our farmer brothers from far-flung areas have come to the Kisan Fair. Coming here, I saw that our farmer brothers were cultivating different types of fruits and vegetables.
He said that I also remember the time when farmers had problem of money for good farming. Farmers were forced to take loans from village moneylenders at throwaway interest rates.

The work of removing the problem of capital for farmers was done by the creator of Chhattisgarh, former Prime Minister, Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He freed the farmers from the trap of money lending through Kisan Credit Card.
Former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Raman Singh started the tradition of giving agricultural loans at zero percent interest. Prime Minister Narendra Modi simplified the crop insurance scheme. The present government of Chhattisgarh has decided to buy paddy from farmers at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal.
Chief Minister Sai said that we have fulfilled the promise of purchasing paddy at the rate of 21 quintals per acre. On the Good Governance Day, the birthday of former Prime Minister, Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the two-year outstanding paddy bonus amounting to Rs 3716 crore has been paid to 12 lakh farmers of the state.
A decision has been taken in the cabinet to purchase tendu leaves at the rate of Rs 5500 per standard bag and start Mahtari Vandan Yojana. Under this scheme, a total assistance of Rs 12000 will be given to married mothers and sisters in a year.
The Chief Minister said that in the first meeting of the Cabinet, we have approved funds for the construction of 18 lakh houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
Chief Minister Sai said that service oriented institutions will have a big contribution in the success of the roadmap prepared by Prime Minister Modi for the development of extremely backward areas like Abujhmad. Abujhmadia tribe is included in the special backward tribes of Chhattisgarh.
Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana is being run for the overall development of these tribes. Under this scheme, basic facilities like education, health, electricity, roads, nutrition, housing are being provided to these tribes.
These tribes are being given the benefits of Ayushman Card, Aadhar Card, Kisan Credit Card, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Jan Dhan Account, Gas Connection etc. With the cooperation of service-oriented institutions and organizations, we will be able to deliver the benefits of these schemes to the people in a more effective manner.
Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam said in his address that Ramakrishna Mission is playing its active role in the social and economic upliftment of the region.
Many activities are being conducted to connect the farmers and youth of remote areas with the main stream. Which has brought positive changes in the lives of the youth.
On this occasion, Forest and Climate Change, Cooperation and Water Resources Minister Kedar Kashyap also addressed the gathering.
Commissioner Shyam Dhavde, Inspector General of Police Sunderraj P, Collector Vipin Manjhi, Superintendent of Police Pushkar Sharma, Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission Ashram Swami Vyaptanand and other officials, students and a large number of distinguished citizens and farmers of the area were present in the program.
