The woman says that her children never come to take care of her and inquire about her well-being. Only his pets keep him company in his old age. Therefore his sons and daughters are not worthy of having the property transferred to their names. The woman is from Shanghai and her name is Liu.

Some officials also warned Liu that she could get into trouble if she transferred all her assets to the owner of a veterinary clinic.
