“The matters being heard by a special bench or for partial hearing, whether miscellaneous or regular hearing, which have been directed to be listed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, may be listed in the session after the lunch break or as directed by the competent authority,” the circular said. Will go.
As per the existing convention, new matters are listed on Monday and Friday, when miscellaneous matters are heard. Those cases are listed for regular hearing on Tuesday and Thursday, where the final hearing takes place.
