According to the Meteorological Department report, there is no sign of rain in the next 15 days and cold may start from the first week of November. Today the maximum temperature is likely to be around 34 degrees Celsius. On Saturday morning, the humidity level was recorded at 74 percent and AQI 152, which falls in the moderate category.
Mild cold in these states
According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature is falling in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan. Here the maximum temperature is increasing during the day but the nights are getting colder. There may be chances of rain in Bihar and Jharkhand today. Mild cold has knocked in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, and Jammu and Kashmir, which is a signal for North India.
Chance of rain in South India
The temperature has also started falling in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. There is a possibility of further cold in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh in the coming weeks, while there is a possibility of snowfall in the Himalayan region. The effect of the weather system formed in the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal will not be visible in North India, but there is a possibility of rain in the southern states.
Rain in Karnataka and other states
According to the Meteorological Department, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and north-eastern states like Assam, Meghalaya may receive light to moderate rain today and tomorrow. There is a possibility of rain in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema and other areas also. Rain is also expected in many areas of Maharashtra and Gujarat.
