Come down to the seventh floor from the second floor; a phone call came and then Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr was killed…

Last month, Israel killed Hezbollah military commander Fuad Shukr.

Now a big revelation has come out about this attack. An American media report has said that this attack on Fuad happened just a few minutes after a telephone call.

In this phone call, Fuad was asked to go from his second-floor office to his seventh-floor house, which was an easy place to target him.

Hezbollah has said it is working with Iran to investigate the security breach. The terrorist organization believes that Israel’s superior technical capabilities are defeating Hezbollah.

According to a report in the American newspaper ‘Wall Street Journal’, Fuad Shukr lived in the same building and his office was also in the same building so that he could go out less.

He went into hiding after helping plan the hijacking of TWA Flight 847 from Athens to the United States in 1985.

“We had heard his name, but we never saw him. He was like a ghost,” the paper quoted a neighbour as saying.

Shukra, his wife, two other women and two children were killed in an attack by Israeli Defense Forces on 30 July.

The attack was in response to Hezbollah’s deadly rocket attack on the northern town of Majdal Shams, which killed 12 children. Hezbollah was badly rattled by this Israeli attack.

After Shukra, Haniyeh was also murdered

Just hours after Shukr was killed, Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh was also killed in an explosion in Tehran. Both Hezbollah and Iran have vowed revenge on Israel, which has neither confirmed nor denied its role in the blast that killed Haniyeh.

Shukr helped command a cross-border attack in 2006 that killed eight Israeli soldiers and kidnapped two, sparking a war in Lebanon. After that conflict, Shukr planned to increase the terror group’s rocket arsenal from about 15,000 to about 150,000.

According to the IDF, Shukr was Hezbollah’s point man for smuggling Iranian-made unguided missiles into guided missiles through Syria.
