Constant defeat, think party on face; Pranab da Sharmistha’s daughter’s question on Rahul Gandhi…

The questions being raised on Congress and Rahul Gandhi are not decreasing.

Now former President Pranab Mukherjee’s daughter Sharmistha Mukherjee has also joined this list. Sharmistha has said that Congress needs to pay attention to things.

The party has lost consecutively in 2014 and 2019. Rahul Gandhi has lost very badly.

He was the face of Congress in those elections. Let us tell you that Sharmistha has already raised questions about Congress and Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi was criticized in his recently released book.

Sharmistha Mukherjee did not stop here. He further said that two Lok Sabha elections have been held. If the party loses under a particular leadership then it is very important that the party thinks about it. He said that if the party is losing again and again with a leader as its face, then people should think about this.

Sharmistha Mukherjee further said that there are different ideologies in the country. You may agree with one ideology, but that does not mean that the existence of another ideology is wrong. He said that communication is important.

When my father was in active politics, he was considered a consensus builder because of his knack for discussing with other party members during deadlocks in Parliament.

Sharmistha Mukherjee further said that democracy does not just mean speaking, it is also very important to listen to others.

His ideology was that there should be dialogue in democracy. It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also fiercely attacked Rahul Gandhi and Congress on Monday.

He had said that Congress launched the same product again and again. Clearly his reference was towards Rahul Gandhi. The PM had said that Congress promoted nepotism and due to this the country suffered a lot.

He also called Congress a lazy and backward thinking party. Not only this, PM Modi also raised questions on everyone from Jawaharlal Nehru to Indira Gandhi.
