Court hearing on ‘Iddat’, midway Bushra Bibi left Imran Khan…

During the hearing in the ‘Iddat’ case, Bushra Bibi, wife of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, did something that surprised the people present in the court including the judge.

According to Pakistani media, both Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi were present during the hearing in the Rawalpindi Trial Court.

Civil judge framed charges against Imran Khan. Let us tell you that Bushra Bibi’s ex-husband Khawar Farid Maneka had alleged that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi had married against the law.

Let us tell you that the case was being heard in Adiala jail itself where Imran Khan is currently imprisoned.

Why did Bushra Bibi leave midway?
Let us tell you that even after the arrest of Imran Khan, charges have been framed against him in many cases. Recently, Imran Khan was arrested again inside the jail.

Earlier, when the Iddat case was heard, Bushra Bibi was not present. This time both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi appeared in the court. Bushra left in the middle of the hearing.

He told that his health is deteriorating and he will have to go to the hospital immediately.

The judge expressed objection
The judge raised objection after Bushra left in this manner and said that he should have taken permission from the court. The judge said that the lawyer should know that it is not right to go into the hearing like this without permission.

After this, Imran’s lawyer filed a petition asking that Bushra Bibi be exempted from appearing in the hearing.

The government lawyer opposed this and said that there is no problem visible in the medical report filed by Bushra.

The judge said that if she had not been in the court then this petition would have been accepted. Whereas Bushra had come and then left without taking permission.

The judge asked the jail administration whether he would have let him go from jail just like that. On this the jail administration said that she had come to the jail at 11.30 in the morning and left at 1.45.

Imran’s lawyer even said that if there had been some delay in framing the charges, the sky would have fallen. The court then adjourned the hearing till January 18 and ordered the witnesses to appear.
