Despite the death of the Chief, Hezbollah remains strong, and preparations for a counterattack on Israel have begun, what is their strength?…

The morale of Israel, which broke the back of Hezbollah by killing Syed Hassan Nasrallah, is quite high these days.

If Israel is thinking that by eliminating the leader of Hezbollah, it has won its war against Hezbollah, then it is not so at all.

It is being told that Hezbollah is preparing for a long war against Israel.

Hezbollah fighters are currently burning for revenge after the death of their leader, so they may intensify attacks on Israel in the coming days.

Hezbollah is not broken by Nasrallah’s assassination

Hezbollah’s command was briefly disorganized after Nasrallah’s assassination on September 27, but within 72 hours the organization established a new operations room, now commanding rocket fire and ground combat.

However, despite the death of many of Hezbollah’s senior leaders, the organization’s new military command has faced Israeli forces while working in secret.

The organization claims that their fighters are keeping an eye on Israeli soldiers and targeting them from secret bases.

Hezbollah is getting ready for a long war

According to Reuters report, Hezbollah still has a large stockpile of powerful missiles, which it has not yet used.

The organization has reserved its precision-guided missiles for future wars so that Israel does not have the opportunity to attack Lebanon’s infrastructure such as airports and roads.

Israel has claimed to have destroyed a large portion of Hezbollah’s weapons stockpile, but Hezbollah still has a network of tunnels hundreds of kilometers long that it is using to hide its fighters and carry out attacks.

Prepared planning for guerrilla war

Hezbollah has built an extensive network of tunnels in southern Lebanon, which has been strengthened since the 2006 Israel–Lebanon war. These tunnels have been prepared for Hezbollah’s special forces ‘Radwan Unit’, so that one day they can enter the Galilee region of northern Israel. Guerrilla warfare through tunnels is one of Hezbollah’s key strategies and is proving helpful in close combat against Israeli troops.

What did Israel plan?

Israel has sent its ground forces to southern Lebanon since October 1, including commandos, armored units and infantry. Israel claims that its forces are destroying Hezbollah’s tunnels and bases.

Along with this, the Israeli army has also claimed to have killed hundreds of Hezbollah fighters. However, Hezbollah is still firing a large number of rockets and missiles at Israeli positions and this war is proving to be very challenging for Israeli soldiers.
