Chips organizes discussion program to encourage start-up ecosystem in Chhattisgarh
Finance Minister OP Chaudhary and Industry Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan today participated in the Niti Se Pragati discussion organized by the Electronics and IT Department for startup companies in Naya Raipur.
Addressing the discussion, Finance Minister OP Choudhary said that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, the concept of developed Chhattisgarh on the lines of developed India has to be taken forward.
He said that today’s era is of innovation and knowledge in which if someone has a better idea then no one can stop him from moving forward.
Finance Minister Chaudhary said that the slogan of Jai Anusandhan given by PM Modi is not just a slogan but a thought and an idea which we all have to take forward together.
As a result, a provision of interest-free loan of Rs 1 lakh crore for 50 years has been made in the budget for innovation and startups.
Finance Minister Choudhary said that Chhattisgarh government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, has set a target of establishing 6 thousand IT professionals in Nava Raipur in the next one year.

He said that in the next five years, Nava Raipur will emerge as a hub of IT, business conference and wedding centre.
Addressing the discussion, Industries Minister Lakhanlal Dewangan said that even a small industry is established and many people get employment.
Dewangan said that the government is working on a new industrial policy and in this policy, work is being done on policies for the benefit of more and more industries along with startups.
Dewangan said that serious work is being done on how the established industries can work better.
Dewangan said that to provide more facilities to startups and industries in the state, the advice of more and more people will be taken in the new industrial policy.
On this occasion, Principal Secretary of Electronics and Information Technology Department, Mrs. Niharika Barik, Secretary of Commerce and Industry Department, Abduk Cashar Haq, Chief Executive Officer of Naya Raipur Development Authority, Saurabh Kumar, Commissioner of Commercial Tax (GST) Rajat Bansal. , CHIPS Chief Executive Officer Ritesh Kumar Aggarwal, IIM Director Dr. Ram Kakani, educationist Jawahar Surisethi and many senior administrative officers were present.
