There is an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the entire country regarding the consecration of Lord Shri Ram ji in Ayodhya. Everyone is eager to go to Ayodhya to see Ramlala.

Lakhs of people from Chhattisgarh state are also going to see Ramlala. All these passengers will go by private vehicle, bus, plane or train. Most of the people are traveling by Navtanwa Express, the train connecting Durg to Ayodhya.

Talking about Durg district, about 50 thousand people are estimated to go to Ayodhya from here. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the people about going to Ayodhya at this auspicious time.

Most of these people are traveling by Nautanwa Express, the only train from Durg to Ayodhya. This train runs once a week.

Regarding this, members of the Progressive Railway Welfare and Development Committee have written a letter to the Railway Minister and the Prime Minister demanding change in the train timings and making it daily.

If time does not change, there will be problems regarding darshan

D. Sanjeevi, Chairman of Progressive Railway Welfare Committee, said that Navatanwa Express runs once a week on Thursday.

She returns from there the next day on Saturday. In such a situation, people get to stay there only for one day, hence there should be a change in its timing.

The timing should be such that people reach Ayodhya at 9 am. With this, people will be able to get more time there and will be able to visit the temple.

Along with this, the timing of the train from Durg should be kept at 7.55 pm. Along with this, either this train should be run daily or other trains should be run for Ayodhya, so that one can reach there.

change in train timings

Advocates Association President Ramesh Prasad Singh said that due to Nautanwa Express leaving from Durg once a week, devotees have to face the problem of tickets.

Therefore it should happen every day. On behalf of the committee, a letter has been written to the Union Railway Minister and a demand has been made that Nautanwa Express should be released from Durg between 1 pm to 2 pm. With this, travelers will be able to reach Ayodhya by 8 am.

On return, this train should leave between 5 pm and 6 pm.
