Fire broke out in a passenger train going to Delhi, passengers jumped from the moving train to save their lives.

New Delhi. A compartment of a passenger train going from Jind to Delhi caught fire near Sampla in Rohtak district. Four persons were injured after jumping into a moving train. This accident happened due to sulfur potash in the train. On receiving information about the accident, police and railway police reached the spot. The passenger train left for Delhi from Rohtak railway station at 4.20 pm. This passenger train reached Sampla railway station after about 30 minutes. After staying there it left for Bahadurgarh. Suddenly there was a massive explosion in a passenger compartment of a passenger train. With this the compartment caught fire. As soon as the sound of the explosion was heard, there was a stampede among the passengers sitting in the passenger train. Four persons were injured after jumping into a moving passenger train. Meanwhile, someone stopped the passenger train by pulling the chain. Due to the ban on firecrackers due to the order of the Supreme Court, sulfur potash is being sold openly. There is a pipe attached to the iron equipment, into which a mixture of sulphur-potash is poured. After this, pressure is created by inserting rods in the pipe. Due to which pressure is applied till the sulfur and potash and a loud sound comes out from the equipment. Along with the sound, poisonous smoke also comes out. These days it has become an alternative to firecrackers. Due to the ban on firecrackers on Diwali, the demand for potash and sulfur has increased.

A team of forensic experts has also been called to investigate the blast. An eyewitness said that as soon as the passenger train left Sampla railway station, there was an explosion. The explosion was so strong that there was chaos among the passengers.
