News agency Reuters gave this information quoting sources involved in the operation. It was reported that a pile of debris from the Israeli airstrike has been recovered in Beirut.

Nasrallah’s death has been confirmed by Hezbollah. However, the statement did not say how he was killed nor did it provide details about his funeral.

Sources told Reuters that no wounds were found on Nasrallah’s body. It seems that he may have died due to suffocation or trauma after the blast.
