New Delhi. The Supreme Court will hear the bail plea of former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia on Monday. Sisodia is in jail on charges of Delhi liquor policy and money laundering. A bench of Justice Gavai and Justice KV Vishwanathan of the Supreme Court will hear the petition. Manish is lodged in Tihar in the liquor policy scam case. Sisodia was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation on 26 February 2023. At the same time, the ED arrested Sisodia on 9 March 2023 in a money laundering case related to the CBI FIR.
