Chennai. A massive fire broke out at the Tata Electronics plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu on Saturday morning. Mobile spare parts were made in this. The factory is in Koothanapalli village under Thimjepalli panchayat near Hosur. More than 20 thousand employees work in it. After this accident, the factory employees and the people nearby also got scared. As soon as information about the fire was received, fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. A plume of smoke was visible rising from a distance. Due to this, the fire brigade personnel had to put a lot of effort in extinguishing the fire. The fire is said to have caused huge damage to the factory. A video has also surfaced showing high rising flames after the fire. In which only black clouds of smoke are visible far and wide.
At present there is no information about any casualty in this incident. According to eyewitnesses, the employees tried to extinguish the fire. After this, fire tenders were called from Raikottai and Dhenkanikottai areas. Raikottai Police is trying to find out the cause of the fire in the chemical unit. All the employees of the plant have been evacuated safely. At the time of the fire, 1500 employees were working in the plant. The cause of the fire has not been known yet.
