Neighboring country Pakistan is constantly facing terrorist attacks.
On Monday (26 August) also, 50 people were killed in different terrorist attacks in Balochistan province. Even 14 policemen were killed in these attacks.
Therefore, two arch rival countries China and America have decided to support Pakistan against these terrorist incidents.
Both enemy countries have pledged help and support to Pakistan to combat terrorism.
Let us tell you that relations between China and America have never been good and both the countries have been considered enemies of each other from strategic and trade point of view.
Condemning the terrorist attacks in Balochistan province, Pakistan’s long-term regional ally China has not only expressed concern over the attacks but also assured all possible help to Pakistan, a Geo News report said.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said at a press briefing on Tuesday that Beijing strongly condemns the attacks in Pakistan and will continue to provide strong support to the country in anti-terrorism operations.
Lin Jian said, “China stands firmly against all forms of terrorism. We will continue to provide firm support to Pakistan in its efforts to advance counter-terrorism operations, maintain social cohesion and stability, and safeguard people’s safety.”
The Chinese spokesperson promised to further enhance counter-terrorism and security cooperation with Pakistan and help ensure peace and security in the region.
Considering the seriousness of the situation, America has also expressed concern over the terrorist violence in Musakhaiil and other areas of Balochistan.
The US Embassy in Islamabad wrote on its official X account: “Our condolences go out to the families and loved ones of those killed in yesterday’s attacks.
America will stand shoulder to shoulder with Pakistan in the fight against terrorism.”
Actually, Pakistan’s south-western province Balochistan is a region rich in many natural resources. Along with this, there are also gold and copper mines in this area, on which many Chinese projects are operating.
Apart from this, there is a big port in this province, named Gwadar Port. It is a deep sea port located in Gwadar in Balochistan province of Pakistan.
This port is considered the main gateway of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project. Not only this, it is considered a link between the ambitious One Belt, One Road and Maritime Silk Road projects.
On the other hand, America is working on a strategy to support Pakistan against terrorism to maintain regional balance and maintain its presence.
There have also been defence and economic relations between the US and Pakistan. The US does not want China to take advantage of its absence, so on the pretext of curbing terrorism, the US is ready to help Pakistan along with China.
