Islamabad. Imran Khan, who has been in a Pakistani jail for a year, has applied to become the Chancellor of Oxford University in Britain. Imran’s advisor Syed Zulfiqar Bukhari gave information about this on social media.
Bukhari said that Imran has agreed to contest the elections. He has submitted the application form for Oxford University Chancellor Election 2024. This election will be held on 28 October. For the first time in the 800-year history of Oxford, online voting will be held for the Chancellor election. Bukhari said that if he becomes Chancellor, he will be the first person of Asian origin.
