Bahraich. The fear of wolves is still prevalent in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. People in the villages of Bahraich are still living in the fear of wolves. The villagers say that two of us sleep and one of us stays awake and keeps watch, then after a few hours he wakes up and keeps watch and then we sleep. This has been going on for the last two months. Someone is guarding his family on the roof with a stick and torch while someone else is shouting to stay awake with a stick.
The situation is similar in those fifty villages of Mahsi tehsil where the fear of the arrival of the man-eating wolf remains. The young men, old men and some women who are awake outside their doors say that the wolf has come to our door many times, that is why we are all forced to stay awake at night. It should be known that the man-eating wolf has been successful in fooling the 25 teams of the forest department and the entire administrative staff for the past several days. The areas of Mahsi tehsil where the man-eating wolf is being searched are now flooded with water. Which is becoming the reason for another problem for the forest department. The fields where the location of the man-eating wolf was being found are now flooded with water. Due to this the wolf is changing its location repeatedly. If the forest department official is to be believed, the location of the wolf was found two days ago. But now perhaps he has gone to some higher place, but our people are ready in every way to catch him. DFO Bahraich said that our teams are continuously trying to catch the man-eating wolf by going waist deep in water. But the wolf is not staying at one place and because of this its location is changing repeatedly.
