Medical arrangements for first aid in the sports field are in place.
The 67th National School Sports Competition 2023-24 Softball Boys-Girls 14 years is being organized at Swami Karpatriji Stadium from 3 February to 6 February 2024.
In which players from 16 states have participated.
District Education M.K. Gupta said that the information published in the newspaper about children falling ill after drinking water from the tanker kept in the playground during the competition, is misleading and untrue.
He told that after the conclusion of the match on the inaugural day, February 3, a player from Madhya Pradesh and a player from Telangana were taken to the district hospital for treatment after they were informed about vomiting due to traveling and sports excursion.
Where he was immediately relieved after first aid. All the remaining players and officials have not received any medical related complaint.
All the players are participating in the game healthy and enthusiastically. Medical arrangements for first aid have been made in the playground and doctors are visiting the accommodation in the evening.
