Indian engines will be used in African trains, Madhaura plant will export engines, trial begins

Patna. Indian Railways has decided to export rail engines to Africa from Madhoura plant. Exports will start from next year. It has been decided to export for the first time from Madhoura plant. Preparations are being made in this plant to export rail engines to global customers.
According to the statement of the railway, a 4,500 HP Evolution Series engine is being manufactured here, which provides the best fuel efficiency and performance in high temperature environment. The trial of Kavach was conducted by the Indian Railways from Sawai Madhopur to Sumerganj Mandi. During this, a total of seven tests were conducted. During the trial, the train was run at a speed of 130 kmph. The trial was inspected by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. Kavach stopped the train at the designated place. It did not allow the train to go 50 meters away. Kavach accelerated the speed of the train very carefully.
