In this he asked 3 questions and gave complete details of the ticket.
According to the screenshot, the company had charged a cute charge of Rs 50 in the total ticket of Rs 10,023. Apart from this, they had charged Rs 1,003 for user development fee and Rs 236 as aviation security fee. Users had raised questions on these three fees.
The user said, ‘What is this cute fee? Do you charge users for being cute? Or do you charge because you think airplanes are cute?’ His next question was, ‘What is this user development fee? When I am traveling in your airplane, how will you develop me?’ Apart from this, he also objected to charging fees for security.

After this, the airlines also clarified about the Cute Charge. The company said, ‘We want to inform you that Cute Charge means Common User Terminal Equipment Charge.
This is an amount which is charged for using metal detecting machines, escalators and other equipment at the airport.
