Israel and Iran are on the verge of direct war these days.
Recently Iran attacked Israel with about 200 missiles. Now once again Iran has warned.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has warned Israel of attacks on its oil refineries and gas fields.
Let us tell you that Iran is one of the largest oil producing countries in the world. In such a situation, it is feared that Israel may target Iran’s oil reserves.
But this time on the contrary Iran has threatened to blow up Israel’s oil refineries.
IRGC deputy commander Ali Fadavi said that if Israel attacks Tehran, Iran will simultaneously target Israeli energy centers.
He said, “If Israel makes any mistake, all its energy centers, refineries and gas fields will be attacked. Iran is a big country, while Israel has only three power plants and a few refineries, which we can target together.”
Additionally, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Arghachi promised stronger retaliation against Israel. “Iran does not want to carry out more attacks, but if Israel takes any action against Tehran, the response will be even harsher,” Arghachi said.
Arghachi is currently in the capital Beirut to meet Lebanese officials.
After the incident of Iran firing about 200 missiles at Israel, he has reached Lebanon, the stronghold of Hezbollah, on a three-day visit. In recent times, incidents have been happening one after the other in West Asia, due to which the region is standing on the brink of war.
“If Israel takes any action against us, our response will be more forceful than ever before,” Arghachi said after meeting with Lebanese parliament speaker Nabi Berri.
The Iranian minister’s warning came at a time when Israel had attacked Iran just a few days ago, after which Iran launched a missile attack on Israel in response to the assassination of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.
Iran fired about 200 ballistic missiles in response to the killing of Nasrallah and its other key allies.
Earlier today, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei delivered a rare sermon commemorating the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah, in which he appealed to all Islamic countries to strengthen their defense.
He pledged to attack Israel again, further escalating tensions in the region.
