Tehran. Iran warned the Persian Gulf countries that if they allow their airbases and airspace to be used against us, then think again. The report quoted senior Iranian officials as saying that Iran will take action against all those countries which allow Israel to use their airspace against Iran. Such actions will draw a strong reaction from Tehran. The warning comes as Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi is on a visit to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other Gulf countries to discuss regional security.
Iran’s message to the Gulf states emphasizes the need for regional unity against Israel and highlights that any cooperation with Israel, including the use of airspace, would be viewed as hostile actions. This development comes after last week’s Iranian missile attack, which has increased concerns of possible Israeli retaliation. Meanwhile, Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Galant said that the attack on Iran from its side would be fatal and shocking. Gallant said that a strong response will be given to the recent missile attack by Iran.
