Israel committed genocide, South Africa dragged it to International Court against Gaza attacks…

Today is the 85th day of the Israel-Hamas war.

On one hand, Israel is carrying out rapid attacks on Gaza and on the other hand, Israel is now under siege on many fronts.

The latest case is from South Africa, which on Friday filed a case in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) against Israel for “genocidal” acts in Gaza. However, Israel has rejected it as disgusting.

According to a statement, the application filed at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) relates to Israel’s alleged violations of its obligations under the Genocide Convention.

It has been alleged that Israel is massacring innocent Palestinian civilians in the name of alleged military operation against Hamas terrorists in Gaza Strip.

The application states that Israel has freely engaged in genocide and intends to continue doing so.

South Africa also says Israel is acting in Gaza with the alleged specific intent to destroy Palestinians as part of the broader Palestinian national, racial and ethnic group.

In response, Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Lior Hayat wrote on social media platform X, “Israel rejects with disgust South Africa’s accusations of spreading blood libels by its application to the ICJ.”

Let us tell you that on October 7, Hamas terrorists attacked a town in southern Israel, in which 1200 Israeli citizens were killed, while 240 people were taken hostage by Hamas.

After this, Israel attacked Gaza with the intention of eliminating Hamas.

More than 21,500 Palestinian civilians have been killed so far in Israeli attacks. Most of them are children and women.

Many countries including America have called for a ceasefire but Israel is not agreeing to it.
